On Thursday, February 10, 2022 at Yale New Haven Children's Hospital, New Haven, CT. God called home our beloved Angel Sema’J Ry’Liegh Jeter. She was born in New Haven, CT on August 12, 2017 to ShaKerra Jeter and Michael Graham. Sema”J was known by her nickname Patooyah. She had a vibrant smile that lit up any room. She loved to dress up and her favorite color was pink. Sema’J also loved to dance, sing, do cartwheels and splits. She was as preschooler at Prendergast School in Ansonia, CT. Her biggest joy was seeing her teachers and classmates every day. Breakfast time was another favorite for her especially cereal. Sema’J love to pretend to cook and make her mom’s bed. She loved her family to the fulliest especially her cousin Ryan, aka Budah Butt and her two partners in crime Zevaeh and Jace. Sema’J shared her birthday with her cousin Dai’Lahni. She enjoyed playing monopoly alongside her dad and her spa days with her mom. She was the sun on a rainy day and a light at night for her mom. Sema’J was her everything to her. She will truly be missed by us all. Now she is united with her granddad Wendell whom she never meet and they in the arms of the Lord. Sema’J leaves to cherish her loving memory, mother ShaKerra Jeter, Ansonia, CT, dad Michael Graham, brother Jace Graham both of Bridgeport, CT. , maternal grandmother Cherry Kelley, Ansonia, CT, paternal grandparents Michael Graham and Ellena Johnson both of Bridgeport, CT. (1) Uncle Daryl Valentine (Mica) Ansonia, CT, (5) Great Aunts Luvenia (Doreana) Kelley, Derby, CT, Angel Kelley-Westley (Kenny), Waterbury, CT, Jennifer Jeter & Tanya Coleman both of Hamden, CT, Felecia Grimes, Mass., also (1) Great Uncle Ronald Warren, New Haven, CT. Her loving Godmothers Precious Keele & Deborah Johnson. Along with a host of other loving cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. Sema’J was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather Wendell “DIP” Jeter, maternal great grandfather William Jeter, maternal great grandmother Sarah Bunting and maternal great grandfather James Kelley.
