Jordan Warner-Smith

Jordan Michael Warner-Smith departed his earthly home to eternal rest on Thursday June 11, 2020. Jordan was born on March 14, 1992 at Yale New Haven Hospital in New Haven, CT. He was the loving son of Carlyn Warner-Green and Reese Green. Jordan was a lifelong resident of New Haven and he attended New Haven Public Schools. In 2019, he was a Dean’s List student at Asnuntuck Community College. Jordan’s friends and family adored his brilliant smile and silly demeanor. His heart was kind and pure. His positive energy was overflowing and contagious as he joked and made his loved ones laugh. His favorite pastimes were spending time with family and friends, especially Nylaysia Jordyn Ortiz, his special little lady. He was a very loyal person with an unwavering love for those close to him, in all of his days. Jordan was predeceased by his beloved sister Lauren Janice Warner. Jordan leaves to cherish his memory 3 brothers; Ethan Washington, Michael Smith and Adrian Warner, 3 sisters; Michale, Brianna and Janelle Smith, an honorary sister Breanna Evans, a nephew Andrew Johnson and niece Faith Lauren Duncan, all of New Haven, CT. He also leaves his grandmother Janice Warner; aunts Andrea Warner-Collier, Alicia Warner and Latonya Brabham; cousins Erick and Asia Evans, Camileia and Cameron Collier, Ashley and Nolan Warner, Aaron and Aubree Brabham and Lashawn Moody-Johnson. He also leaves a host of family and close friends who will all miss him dearly.
