Herman Napoleon

Herman Napoleon was known to many as COCOMO or Joe. He was born January 8, 1964 in New Haven, CT. The 8th child out of the union of Harris and the late Pearlie Mae Napoleon. Herman departed this life on Saturday, January 15, 2022. Herman attend the old luy Street Elementary School, later Edward Street School, East Rock Junior High School and Wilbur Cross High School all in New Haven, CT. Herman was a fun loving guy, loved by everyone who knew him especially his family. Whenever he was around friends and family, we knew it was never going to be a dull moment. To his many friends he was COCOMO or Joe but to his family he was Herman, our baby brother. Herman was preceded in death by his Mother Pearlie Mae Napoleon and sister RiseAnne Napoleon. He leaves to cherish his memory nine children: Chanel Newell of Tampa, FL, Antonio Newell of Atlanta, GA, Capri Burnett of Ansonia CT, Jonathan Green of Atlanta, GA, Rozanna Hermisha Allen of New Haven, CT, Jefferey Thompson of New Haven, CT, Danelle Williams of Waterbury, CT, Shane Walter of sisters; Reginald Napoleon, Pearlestine (Willie) Boyd, Deborah (John) Belcher, Cassandra Napoleon, Waldo Napoleon, Jonathan Napoleon, Gail Molly, and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
