Celestine Williams entered into eternal rest on April 27, 2022 at home, surrounded by her loving family. Celestine was born on September 1,1941 in Sumter, S.C. to the late Charlie R. Perry Sr. and Virginia Louise Perry. She worked at Pratt & Whitney for 40 years. Celestine was married to the Late Johnnie E. Williams Sr. for 26 years. Their union produced 5 children. She leaves to cherish her memory her children, Johnnie E. Williams Jr. (Willadeen) of Meriden, CT., Tyronnie(Sheila) New Haven, CT., Ricky Reams(Celestine) of Henderson, N.C., Latimer Williams(Nicole) Waterbury, CT., and her brother William Perry Sr.(Martha) of Durham, N.C., son-in-law Lester Latimer of New Haven, CT., brother-in-law Donnie Williams of Richmond, VA., and a sister-in-law Bernestine Williams of Clinton, MD., 14 grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her daughter Mary E. Perry-Latimer, grandson Brandon Santiago, brother Charlie R. Perry Jr. and sister Lillian Galloway.
