Reginald Caldwell

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reginald “Reggie” Caldwell. Born February 23, 1961, transitioned on Thursday, August 18, 2022. He was born and educated in New Haven, CT. Reggie, as he was affectionately known was a lighthearted, easy-going person, who really desired to see the best in people. It was always easy for him to make friends and offer encouraging words, regardless of his own personal struggles. Reggie was preceded in death by his biological parents; Gwendolyn Fitch Caldwell and Leroy “Nobby” Caldwell, along with his brother Phillip Maurice “Roy” Caldwell. To cherish his memories, he leaves behind his siblings; Valdez Caldwell (Antoinette), Michelle Caldwell and Stephanie Caldwell. His stepsiblings; Cleo Hoskie (Ana), Daniel Bromell and Regina Bromell- Young (Steven). Also leaves a host family and friends to cherish his memories including many nieces (great) and nephews(great). Reggie definitely left an impact on this world and influenced people wherever he went. Although life’s problems ultimately caused him to leave this earth physically, nobody can deny a positive interaction with him. He will definitely be missed, and the hope is that everyone walks away with knowing that people may have struggles, but never let anyone define you based on the demons you battle.
